Description
One of four main office refurbishments for our client, Mabey Hire, this two-storey 1960’s office building in Hatfield was largely unusable. Following the Mabey “blueprint” for all its premises which we helped develop, we photographed the current state, created a refurbishment specification, ran the tender process, managed the contractor during the construction phase, and delivered a fully finished building back to the client, including all soft furnishings etc.
Results
A complete refurbishment of the engineering block which allowed the engineering team to have a formal base in the South of England. Providing a large open plan office and a number of smaller offices, together with a large boardroom, second meeting/training room, new kitchen/dining area and a new staircase, the accommodation was now fit for purpose.
The project was delivered on time, and on budget for the client.
