Connect Services worked with market leaders The Kelling Group to facilitate its expansion plans in 2017. The Kelling Group operations resided in split site locations with each site too small to meet current and future growth plans.
Connect Services researched and compiled a shortlist of sites, made accompanied viewings and successfully sourced and secured state of the art facilities within a finite area of interest. This helped to ensure The Kelling Group maintained staff retention and reduced the impact on day to day operations.
Connect Services accompanied relevant parties on multiple site visits and maintained crucial contact throughout the project – ensuring a smooth and successful move for all key stakeholders.
